Refund and Returns:

At Custom Poker Tables our return and refund policy is very simple, you have 14 days to get full refund for any purchase, all items returned must be at the same condition as they were at  purchase date, orders on line are fully refundable, custom must pay the shipment back to our store.

Shipping:

At Custom Poker Tables we use USPS, UPS ground for all online orders. Large items paid on the site that are local, we charge $40.00 for delivery with in 30 miles of our location. Any item purchased on the site and it is for local pick up will still be charge the shipping charge since we had to pay shipping to bring the items to us from our supplier.
